Be an interesting person.
When you're building, people want to follow your journey of a being an interesting person. For the same reason Day in the Life videos are popular. People want to resonate with a story. Seeing someone make it inspires.

You can just do things
Don't be trapped with analysis paralysis. When you just do things, you know what you don't know, you know what you don't like, and you leave with a story to tell and a lesson learned.
One thing to take away
Go outside your comfort zone and do something that seems impossible. The only regret comes from inaction.
