01
Think about your deathbed.
We spend so much energy avoiding the thought of death when acknowledging it is actually the most clarifying thing you can do. Life is finite. When I'm stuck on a decision, I ask myself: how would I feel on my deathbed if I didn’t do it? The answer usually cuts right through the noise. I would rather try and fail than never try at all.
02
Let yourself be seen.
Hiding who you are is exhausting, and it's a ceiling. There is real power in naming your vulnerabilities instead of managing them. People can't show up for you if they don't understand you, and you can't build anything meaningful alone. Give yourself the grace to be seen. And try, as hard as you can, to see others beyond what they show on the surface.
03
Stop thinking, start doing.
Every minute you spend deliberating is a minute you could be moving. Once you've made a decision, you've made it. Toying with it after the fact is just wasted energy. Make the call, do the thing, and face what comes next.
