I'm not sorry for building what everyone said was impossible. They were wrong.

01

Say the uncomfortable thing first.

In a negotiation, a hire, or a board meeting, the thing you're tiptoeing around is always the thing that needs to be said out loud. Candor isn't rude. Avoidance is expensive.

02

Distribution is the product.

A great feature no one finds is a graveyard. I spend as much time thinking about how people discover us as I do about what we're building.

03

The market that doesn't exist yet is the one worth building for.

Rent, mortgage, bills didn't earn rewards because no one built the infrastructure to make it possible. The biggest opportunities aren't hiding in competition - they're hiding in assumptions everyone stopped questioning.

One thing to take away

The biggest opportunities hide in the assumptions everyone stopped questioning. Build there.
