01

Lifestyle vs category killer is a decision.

Nothing is wrong with either but your actions will be very different depending on what you choose. Know it’s a choice.

02

Don’t over index in fundraising.

Over index on your customer and customer delight. Make sure you know where you add value to the world and be the best at it!

03

Develop a strong support network.

This can include investors, team members and leaders of similar companies that are 4-16 quarters ahead of you.

One thing to take away

We built a billion-dollar company from Mississauga. So can you.
